The book " Canut qui es-tu? " was written by Virginie and Philibert Varenne, managers of the Maison des Canuts in Lyon, and creators of the Philéone brand. This book retraces the history of the Canuts and the different knowledge acquired by Virginie and Philibert Varenne on this subject, since their takeover of the Maison des Canuts in 2004.
